 After an initial consultation lasting approximately 15 minutes, each treatment will last for 1 hour. Reflexology can be performed on the hands but is more commonly used and practiced on the feet. Our INDIGO TOUCH therapy is based on years of experience, using a blend of traditional reflexology techniques, incorporating aromatherapy, acupressure and sports massage. All our treatments are fully explained during the consultation.
